We don't do light training!! I guess the doc may have said don't do anything to much for a few weeks. See how it feels when you start jogging on it, but i would probably avoid kicking the pad for a few weeks. Glad its off mate.

Hi all didn't realise debz was a Micheal Jackson fan hanging the kids from the balcony window seems good to me. poking eyes out sounds a bit extreme but if it works will give anything a go. Any other tips to deal with the little angels appreciated. Would have liked to have been at dome unfortunately someone would not get out of bed as he doesnt most weekend the lazy little person.

Well the way i see it... were all scorpions and we ought to support our fighters... if theres plenty of notice then maybe some of ours could go watch...will talk to ya wed...

Well done Ian - looks good mate. Probably spoiled it slightly with me being in a couple of pictures though! Well done to Luke and Jack for the Scorpion Open - hope it encourages some of the others as we have some good fighters waiting to be unleashed (err - that would NOT include me though - too arthritic and slow - deadly combination!).

Really impressed with the site. The photos from the Scorpion Open are great. Well done to Luke and Jack, especially Jack on his first major comp! Lets hope for some more success throughout the year in both competitions and gradings!
